Free Stuff and FUN!

"So that they may encourage the young women to love their husbands and children, to be sensible, pure, good homemakers, and submissive to their husbands, so that God's message will not be slandered." Titus 2;4,5

In honor of Valentine's Day, my good friend, Crazy Daisy, and I are doing a LOVE DAY GIVEAWAY!

To enter the giveaway, visit each day between now and Valentine's and leave a comment telling us YOUR favorite love song. Please only one comment per person, per day. There will be two separate giveaways, so enter here and at Crazy Daisy each day! The contest will end at midnight on Wednesday. On Thursday, February 14th, at 8:00 a.m., we'll randomly select a winner. Be sure to include your e-mail so we can let you know you've won!

For the next three days during the giveaway, we'll be posting a LOVE SONG COUNTDOWN TO VALENTINE'S.

Tell your friends! Link to our blogs! Enjoy some happy music! Win free stuff! Get in the mood for Valentine's!

I'll be giving away a brand new copy of "Created to be His Helpmeet" by Debi Pearl. It is the very best book on being a wife that you will ever read. It's a book you will read over and over again. We all need encouragement to honor God in being our husband's helpmeet. If you've already read it, win it for a friend! Or a wedding gift!

Crazy Daisy has a great giveaway, too! You'll love it! So be sure to head over there and leave her a comment.

Be sure and tell your sweetie, or your mom, or your kids, or your best friend that you love them today! "But the greatest of these is love. . ." I Corinthians 13:13

Look at these beautiful tulips! Thanks, Mom and Dad!

Hey friend! I'm pretty sure I am not eligible to win but since I LOVE this book and it has had such an IMPACT on my marriage and since I keep GIVING away MY copy,... I thought I would leave a comment,... because if no one else leaves a comment I would win for sure, right? Ha! Have a great day!

That book sounds great! I have not read it, I've read 'To Train Up a Child'. Anyway, my favorite song is 'More' by Matthew West. I posted a link to the video on Lori's blog. My e-mail is amelia-ann@cox.net

Thanks!

One of my favorite love songs is "Bubbly" by Colbie Caillat. I've never read that book before and since I never win anything can you get it at "Mardel's?" :)
Hope you have a great week.

Okay I am not sure if you and Lori want only one song but I can't narrow it down so I will do one on each of your blogs over the next 4 days. I have always listened to way too much music. So here it goes. My very first CD I ever got was Bryan Adams' from back in 1991. And on that CD was the theme song from Robin Hood, "Everything I do, I do it for you."

Love the tulips! Your mom does a great job picking out flowers! I love "Unforgettable" by Nat King Cole/Natalie Cole. I know that probably dates me, huh?

Um I don't want the prize, but my favorite of the moment is "All I Want is You" by Barry Louis Polisar

It is hard for my brain to think about love songs. If you didn't ask me I would come up with a lot of songs. The song that comes to mind right now is This Kiss sung by Faith Hill. Sheryl Halbert halbertb@sbcglobal.net

Ooo! I don't know how I missed this! Now I'm behind. :-(

My used to be very favorite was Josh Groban's "When you say you love me". :)

Okay Karen....I am finally leaving a comment!! The main reason is because that book has been on my "list" for quite some time, and I would LOVE it!! HINT HINT!!! The second reason is because you are a precious friend who has been an encouragement to me....soo...my favorite love song/songs all come from the same GREAT broadway musical....the BEST EVER in the world....The Phantom of the Opera!!! And although you could pick any of those songs and they would give you goosebumps..I think "All I Ask of You", is a great one!! So for all of you that have never seen it in person...it is a MUST!!! Happy Valentines Day everybody!
